Brilla, centellea, estrellita
En el Espejo

PERTENECES AQUÍ
La veo allí de pie
Sintiendo el dolor que lleva
Esto también pasará
Este dolor no puede quedarse aquí y no durará

El amor por quien es y lo que hace permanece
Tiene una energía que inspira
Una mente clara y es tan esbelta
Fuerte pero tierna

Sosteniendo acero en sus manos
Moviendo sus caderas y sus piernas
Como una niña con un juguete
Su entrenamiento trae alegría

Sus ojos me recuerdan a un arroyo de montaña
Una playa de arena
O un sueño reciente

La veo mirándose en el espejo

Es fascinante y estoy cerca de ella
Y la veo sonreír

Es la chica de los pantalones viajeros
Verla trabajar se convierte en un baile
Al otro lado del espejo veo
Fuerte, hermosa, feliz y libre

La máquina Smith es segura y eficaz
Estable y con buen soporte, te guía
Te ​​ayuda a desarrollar fuerza y ​​confianza

I see her standing there

Enduring pain she bears

This too shall pass

This pain can´t stay and won´t last

The love for who she is and what she does remains

She has an inspiring energy

Clear mind and she is slender

Strong yet tender

Holding steel in her hands

Moving her hips and her legs

Like a child with a toy

Her workout brings joy

Her eyes remind me of a mountain stream

A sandy beach

Or a recent dream

I see her looking in the mirror

She is mesmerizing and I am near her

And watch her smile

She´s the girl with the traveling pants

Watching her work becomes a dance

On the other side of the mirror I see

Strong beautiful happy and free
