HERBAL TEA for chronic pains
People all around me, especially as they age, complain
of aches and pains, doctors get overwhelmed &
most often call it arthritis.
I spent time researching the herbal ingredients in
prescription medicines that work on
extreme nerve pain, and I created my own tea
that I drink daily, before sleep.

There was one side effect from the tea.
My dreams became very vivid and intense every night,
but no nightmares. Sleep is deeper, more restful.
It does not treat pain on a daily basis, like taking Advil,
but I noticed a difference after about two weeks.
When I traveled across country last year, I noticed
no cramps on the plane like I usually get, and no
aches and pains, no arthritis, during the 2 weeks on my trip.
When I returned, feeling good, I stopped drinking the tea
everyday, until I got a pinched nerve on my back a
couple months later, more severe than ever before, and
a chiropractor couldnīt release it, and I continued
those treatments for several weeks, and
I resumed drinking the tea everyday.
St. Johnīs Wort (organic) is a herb
that works on the sciatic nerve that was bothering me.
There are many herbs that you can research and try,
that will help whatever conditions you may have,
and improve your health.
COVID 2024
As Covid returns, common sense helps.
Itīs not necessarily avoiding crowds, but personal contact,
and keeping away from people that are obviously sick,
or coughing or sneezing.
In the gym, avoid contact with another personīs sweat.
Use hand sanitizer.
I recently got this distressful pandemic affliction,
Covid for the first time.
One herbal tea, very strong, that has healing
effects against the symptoms of Covid and the common cold,
is a hot tea made with Goldenseal and Echinacea herbs.
It makes a bitter tea, add honey.
After two days of having my nose run like a faucet,
I made this tea and the running stopped immediately.
