HERBAL HELP
HERBAL TEA for chronic pains
People all around me, especially as they age, complain
of aches and pains, doctors get overwhelmed &
most often call it arthritis.
I spent time researching the herbal ingredients in
prescription medicines that work on
extreme nerve pain, and I created my own tea
that I drink daily, before sleep.
I´m no medical expert or herbalogist.
I´m sharing what works for me & maybe others.
Be well.
Get a Tea-ball and these herbs to make this tea
using equal portions:
ORGANIC
herbs:
Corydalis, Passion Flower,
Marshmallow Root, California Poppy
& St. John´s Wort
Add honey if you like.
There was one side effect from the tea.
My dreams became very vivid and intense every night,
but no nightmares. Sleep is deeper, more restful.
It does not treat pain on a daily basis, like taking Advil,
but I noticed a difference after about two weeks.
When I traveled across country last year, I had
no cramps, and no aches and pains, no arthritis,
during the 2 weeks on my trip.
St. John´s Wort is a herb
that works on the sciatic nerve.
There are many herbs that you can research and try,
that will help whatever conditions you may have,
and improve your health.
